SENATE BILL NO. 95 "An Act relating to the collection of, and the                                   
use of reasonable force to collect, a deoxyribonucleic acid sample                                  
from persons convicted of or adjudicated delinquent for certain

Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 435.                                 
Senator Seekins moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his
